Ingredients
Serves: 6- 1 half Red or Green Apple
- 1 whole Carrot
- 1 whole Onion
- 1 quarter White Cabbage
- Tartar Sauce
- 5 whole Cornichons
- 1 tbsp Capers
- 5 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
Method
Chop the cabbage , apple and onion into thin strips
Then grate the carrot on the widest grate
Add all of the vegetables into the bowl with the tar tar sauce (see recipe bellow) and give a good mix

Finely chop the cornichons and capers
In a bowl add the mayo, vinegar, salt ,sugar and a splash of the cornichon brine and mix well
Finally add the cornichons and capers and mix again
