Serves: 10Greek salad dressing
- 120ml Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 1 whole Garlic clove (minced)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Honey
Method
Greek salad dressing
Combine ingredients: In a small bowl or a jar with a tight-fitting lid, add the olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, dried oregano, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and honey/sugar (if using).
Whisk or Shake: If using a bowl, whisk vigorously until all the ingredients are well combined and the dressing looks slightly emulsified (creamy). If using a jar, screw on the lid tightly and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds to 1 minute until everything is fully blended.
Taste and Adjust: Taste the dressing and adjust seasonings as needed. You might want more salt, pepper, or a touch more vinegar depending on your preference.
