Ingredients
Serves: 8
  • 1 whole Onion
  • 250g Tomato Ketchup
  • 2 whole Lemons
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Malt vinegar
  • 1 tsp English mustard powder
Method
  • Chop the onion and fry gently in oil in a saucepan for about 10 minutes, until soft and translucent

  • Add the tomato ketchup to the pan of onions and stir

  • Squeeze in the juice of two lemons, approximately 80ml, and then add the Worcestershire sauce, sugar, malt vinegar and mustard powder.

  • Leave to simmer for at least 15 minutes.
