Ingredients
Serves: 8- 1 whole Onion
- 250g Tomato Ketchup
- 2 whole Lemons
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Malt vinegar
- 1 tsp English mustard powder
Method
Chop the onion and fry gently in oil in a saucepan for about 10 minutes, until soft and translucent
Add the tomato ketchup to the pan of onions and stir
Squeeze in the juice of two lemons, approximately 80ml, and then add the Worcestershire sauce, sugar, malt vinegar and mustard powder.
Leave to simmer for at least 15 minutes.
