Ingredients
Serves: 5
  • 500g Flour
  • 500ml Passata
  • 300g Mozarella
  • 7g Instant yeast
  • 350ml Water
Method
  • Combine Flour dough, water, yeast and salt and knead until smooth, about 10 minutes

  • Leave dough to rise at room temp for 2 hours covered in a bowl with cling film, or a wet cloth

  • Divide into equal balls and cover for approximately 1 hour

  • Heat pizza oven

  • Stretch out dough balls and add passata, mozzarella and basil

  • Bake for approximately 1-2 minutes
