Ingredients
Serves: 5- 500g Flour
- 500ml Passata
- 300g Mozarella
- 7g Instant yeast
- 350ml Water
Method
Combine Flour dough, water, yeast and salt and knead until smooth, about 10 minutes
Leave dough to rise at room temp for 2 hours covered in a bowl with cling film, or a wet cloth
Divide into equal balls and cover for approximately 1 hour
Heat pizza oven
Stretch out dough balls and add passata, mozzarella and basil
Bake for approximately 1-2 minutes
