Ingredients
Serves: 6Tartar Sauce
- 5 whole Cornichons (finely diced)
- 1 tbsp Capers (finely diced)
- 5 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
Method
Tartar Sauce
Finely chop the cornichons and capers
In a bowl add the mayo, vinegar, salt ,sugar and a splash of the cornichon brine and mix well
Finally add the cornichons and capers and mix again
